Internship Assignment
The Intern will provide operational and administrative support to the Principal Data Scientist. S/he will have the opportunity to learn and expand her/his experiences by providing assistance in the application of analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) across the Fund.
Under the overall guidance of the designated primary and alternate supervisors within the Division of Support Services, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Unit, the Intern is expected to:
a) Analyze the requirements and processes of the Fund’s divisions, contributing to successful implementation and adoption of CRM software and analytics
b) Design and test CRM and analytics processes to support efficiency and automation
c) Collaborate with ICT developers to model, transform, extract, and integrate CRM and project pipeline data
Requirements and qualifications*
- Enrolled in Master’s program in Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields;
- Knowledge and experience with customer relationship management and analytics software is desirable;
- Good understanding and experience in operations of an international organization is an added advantage;
- Proficiency in using standard software programs: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access;
- Excellent writing and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of another United Nations language, in particular French and Spanish, and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
